Summers is a season to enjoy the outdoors, enjoy delicious fruits and wear summer dresses. But heat and warmth of sun and hot winds ends to damage skin. Harsh weather makes skin dull and rough, which causes pores to get clogged with dirt and sweat dust. A special attention should be given to skin to keep skin glowing and healthy during summer. Glowing skin is a wish which we all try to get in all seasons. With an approach of summers, you can stay with sorts of the energetic activities. Water Therapy : It is best to flush out waste material and toxins from body. Just plain water, Green Tea, Buttermilk, Coconut Water and Fruit juice helps to reduce heat and to keep body cool. Almond Face Mask : You can get attractive  and young skin tone during summers with application of Almond face mask. To prepare this mask, take 3-4 almonds and milk and soak them. Soak overnight, now you make paste of almond and spoon of milk in it and then apply this paste over face for 20 minutes and wash it off after mask become dry.

 

Banana Face Pack : Get some bananas at home and peel off and mash it. Now add white portion of egg. Also you can add curd in it. Mix it well and apply on your face. Keep this mixture for 15 minutes. Once time is over, you can wash using plain cold water. This will give you extraordinary glow on your face.

 

Bread Crumbs : Edges of bread are normally cut. Not you can use them for benefits of your beauty. Take few bread crumbs add add some milk cream in it. Mix very well and keep till that time when crumbs become soft. Now mix it to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste over your neck and face and keep this for 15 minutes. It will give a great glow over skin and your skin will become attractive and fairer.
